Marbella VIP Reservations for Large Groups of 10, 15 or 20

Planning a Marbella VIP booking for 10, 15 or 20 guests is not the same as reserving a table for a couple. Every sofa, Balinese bed and nightclub table has a guest limit, its own price structure and sometimes restrictions on which areas can be booked together. Multiplying a single table price is rarely enough to calculate the total.

This guide explains how to divide larger groups between beach clubs, pool clubs and nightclubs, compare real costs and avoid mistaken assumptions. Club names illustrate possible formats; actual capacity, availability and terms must be checked for your event date.

Why ten people may not fit at one VIP table

A table's maximum permitted capacity is a venue condition, not an approximate recommendation. A table designed for six does not automatically hold ten because you offer to spend more. Some categories allow extra guests for a surcharge, while others require an additional table. Ask for the actual limit and permitted options before making a group promise or collecting payments.

The same applies when friends book separately. Two confirmation emails do not guarantee tables next to each other, access between areas or matching views. Send one enquiry stating the full group size and whether you need to stay together. Ask the host to explain which layouts can realistically be offered for your particular day or night.

Planning for groups of ten, fifteen or twenty

Ten guests might fit a larger section or need two tables. A group of fifteen may need several differently sized areas. With twenty, coordination of payment, identity checks and arrival becomes almost as important as seating. These are planning scenarios, not permanent packages that any particular Marbella club necessarily offers throughout the season or on every event date.

Keep a confirmed participant list and clarify whether multiple areas require independent reservations. Ask if seats can be nearby, whether guests can move freely between sections and what happens to late arrivals. If a few friends have a lower budget, decide whether they will join the VIP booking or make separate arrangements rather than quietly exceeding a table limit.

Beach club, pool club or nightclub?

A beach club commonly organises beds, restaurant tables and terraces near the sea; a pool club focuses on beds and sofas around a swimming pool; a nightclub tends to sell tables for a specific evening session. Prices and booking durations cannot be compared directly because the products are different. Decide first whether your main event takes place by day or at night.

Mogli The Key and Naô are examples to investigate for daytime pool reservations, while Playa Padre illustrates a beachside format. Fitz Marbella, Mirage and Momento are nightlife choices that require checking the scheduled session. Their inclusion does not mean a suitable group package is available on the date you have selected or that access conditions are identical.

Several Balinese beds or poolside sofas

In a daytime venue, the location of a bed can affect your experience. Some guests prefer to be close to the DJ and water; others want shade or a quieter section. Ask about the maximum number of users per bed, pool access, included service, food or drinks and whether the group can gather in the booked area without exceeding its limits.

For several beds, request a proposed layout and explicit confirmation of whether they can be allocated together. Their position may depend on occupancy and category. Also establish whether the payment is a bed fee, a redeemable minimum spend or both. A headline rate without that distinction makes meaningful comparison impossible, especially when multiplied across a large group.

Nightclub VIP tables and admission rules

Nightclubs may assign different capacities to different table categories, require separate purchases for multiple tables and apply an arrival deadline. Check whether admission for every guest is included and whether bookings under separate names will be handled together. Several paid tables do not entitle your party to a single private section unless the club agrees explicitly.

When considering Fitz Marbella, Mirage or Momento, use the event-specific VIP plan and current venue terms. Request the capacity, category, location conditions and accepted entry documents. Photos can show the atmosphere but do not confirm where your group will actually sit. For a large party, a precise booking confirmation is more valuable than an impressive illustration.

Minimum spends, deposits and extra charges

Distinguish booking fees, minimum spend, deposits and service charges. A minimum spend is an amount used towards eligible purchases under the venue's rules; a deposit may or may not be deducted in the same way. Other packages include specified bottles rather than flexible spending. Never assume that a beach bed, nightclub table and restaurant booking follow identical charging structures.

Request the final amount per space and for the entire group, including relevant charges and taxes. Confirm the authorised payment method, deposit amount, cancellation rules and treatment of additional spending. Divide the total only between people who can legally and practically use the reserved areas. Splitting the cost between more guests than a table accepts creates a misleading per-person budget.

Entry age, clothing and group-wide requirements

A reservation does not override personal admission rules. Some Marbella clubs require guests to be 21 or older, while other events may have different limits. Check every participant's age before paying. A guest without acceptable identification or with clothing that breaches venue policy can be refused entry despite the rest of the group holding a paid reservation.

Poolside clothing is not automatically suitable for a nightclub later that night. Venues may also restrict costumes or party accessories. Share the official dress and identification requirements with every guest in advance. If your group includes people of different ages, find compatible venues before discussing table categories; do not plan around an assumed exception at the door.

Coordinating payment, arrival and travel

Choose one booking contact who can provide the exact date, guest count, requested zone and total budget. Keep payment receipts and identify which participants belong to which table or bed. If guests contribute separately, set an internal payment deadline earlier than the club's official deadline. This helps prevent part of a multi-space reservation from remaining unconfirmed.

Share precise addresses and realistic journey times around Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Río Verde and the Golden Mile; Marbella venues are not all within walking distance. Confirm the latest arrival time and rules for late or absent guests. A simple itinerary covering one main daytime or nighttime event is often better than a complicated sequence of bookings across several areas.

What to send for a tailored VIP group proposal

For a Marbella group of ten, fifteen or twenty, supply the exact date, ages, daytime or nighttime preference, music style and total budget. Say whether adjoining areas are essential, whether the group may be split and whether some members will attend only part of the day. Without these details, quotations from different clubs may appear comparable when they are not.

Discotecas MDZ can assist with enquiries for paid bookings it handles, subject to venue availability and approval. We cannot guarantee neighbouring tables, old prices or particular sections in advance. If you are still choosing your plan, our guides to Marbella VIP tables, beach and pool clubs, and nightlife provide the necessary background without suggesting that any historic offer remains valid.

Frequently asked questions

Can ten people share one VIP table in Marbella?

It depends on the authorised capacity of the table and the event. Some groups need two areas. Confirm the maximum number of guests before paying.

Is the table price a minimum spend or a rental fee?

That depends on the venue and product. Ask what the total includes, which purchases count towards it and how deposits or service charges work.

How should I arrange VIP seating for fifteen or twenty?

Request an itemised proposal for several tables or beds, with capacity and placement conditions. Do not assume the areas can be combined.

Can we book if some guests are younger than 21?

Certain venues have a 21-plus policy or higher event restrictions. Check everyone's age and consider alternatives before committing money.

Will two VIP tables or Balinese beds be next to each other?

Only if the venue confirms the allocation. Two independent reservations do not automatically provide adjacent spaces.

Can Discotecas MDZ guarantee adjoining group tables?

No. Table proximity, capacity and location require confirmation from the venue. We assist with paid bookings subject to availability and official terms.
