Separate dinner, nightclub admission, drinks, travel, booking fees and any special service charges. A combined dinner-and-party package may look expensive until you compare it with paying for those elements separately; the reverse can also be true. Judge the actual benefits rather than dividing a headline total by the number of guests.
For VIP tables, clarify which portion is a usable drinks allowance and which charges are additional. A fixed bottle package is not interchangeable with an open minimum spend. Get the detail in writing so that the group agrees on a realistic total before paying.
Allow time to travel between Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile and wherever your accommodation is. Do not assume that a venue's summer transport advice or ordinary closing time applies on 31 December. For a VIP reservation, ask for the exact table category, authorised guest number, drinks or spending allowance, deposit terms and cancellation policy. A confirmation should identify the event and date, not simply the name of the club. If an organiser announces the line-up late, that uncertainty belongs in your decision: choose a flexible plan rather than treating an unannounced artist as part of what you are buying.
